Information Technology Manager

Note: Candidate will be preffered staying near by Nanakramguda or Financial district.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to head the complete IT operations and infrastructure for our corporate office in Hyderabad reporting to Regional IT Head. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise IT environments, encompassing Server, Storage & Network administration, Physical Security Systems (CCTV & Biometrics), Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID & Intune Management, and Managing SOC IT Infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of all corporate IT services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate IT Operations & Management
● Take complete ownership of the corporate office's IT requirements, ensuring 99.9% uptime for all critical systems and end-user services.
● Manage IT procurement, vendor relationships, AMCs, and software licensing.
● Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
● Lead the IT support helpdesk to provide timely resolution for desktop, software, and hardware issues.
2. Server & Storage Infrastructure
● Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
● Manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and ensure efficient data lifecycle management.
● Oversee backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies, conducting regular restore drills to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
● Manage virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud integrations if applicable.
3. Network Administration
● Design, deploy, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks (WLAN) & VLAN Configurations.
● Configure and manage core networking equipment including routers, core/edge switches, and load balancers.
● Ensure optimal network performance through continuous monitoring and bandwidth management.
4. Microsoft 365, Entra ID & Intune Management
● Administer Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user lifecycle management.
● Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, access controls, group policies, and identity/device management via Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
5. Security Operations Center (SOC)
● Configure and maintain Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions (EDR/XDR).
● Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits to ensure compliance with corporate data protection standards.
● Manage the SOC IT Infrastructure.
6. Physical Security Systems (CCTV & Biometrics)
● Manage and maintain the physical security infrastructure of the Hyderabad facility, including IP-based CCTV surveillance networks and NVR/DVR systems.
● Oversee the centralized Access Control System (ACS) and Biometric attendance systems, ensuring accurate synchronization with HR systems.
● Conduct regular health checks on cameras, sensors, and access control points to ensure zero downtime in physical security monitoring.
Qualifications & Required Skills
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and security.
● Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Server OS (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Linux); Proficient in configuring TPLink/Cisco/Aruba/Juniper or similar enterprise networking gear; Hands-on experience with Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, or Sophos); Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Administration; Microsoft Intune; Managing SOC IT Infrastructure; Experience managing CCTV surveillance systems and Biometric infrastructure.
● Certifications (Preferred): CCNA / CCNP, ITIL v4 or v5, CompTIA Server+ & Security+, Microsoft/Linux certifications.
