Job Description
OurEasyGame LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources professional to support recruitment, employee management, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and employee follow-ups.
Support daily HR operations and internal communication.
Maintain accurate employee information using HR management systems.
Ensure HR processes are completed efficiently and on time.
Requirements
Must hold a university degree.
Must not be currently enrolled in university.
Must reside in the Matn area, Lebanon.
Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Previous HR experience is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: Remote
Location: Matn, Lebanon
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Lebanon Time
