Key Responsibilities
Plan, design and deliver training sessions for the Cybersecurity Fundamentals program
Cover security concepts, the threat landscape, security principles and basic security controls
Teach programming basics in a security context (scripting, simple automation)
Create and update training content, labs, case studies and assessments
Track batch attendance, performance and feedback, and share regular reports
Resolve learner doubts and provide mentoring and guidance
Coordinate with internal teams to complete schedules and deliverables on time
Required Skills
Cybersecurity Fundamentals and Security Concepts
Threat Landscape (malware, phishing, social engineering, common attack types)
Security Principles (CIA triad, least privilege, defense in depth)
Basic Security Controls (access control, authentication, firewalls, encryption basics)
Programming ([Python / other language])
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
