Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Day7 is an AI-first firm focused on the “white space” where traditional enterprise HR platforms reach their limits and autonomous AI agents begin to operate. The company brings more than 20 years of deep expertise across leading HR systems, including HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent, enabling solutions that understand complex workforce data and business outcomes. At Day7, AI is a means to an end; the core mission is solving workforce problems at scale.

Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing financial and operational requirements, building and enhancing technology tools and data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, and ensuring solutions align with regulatory and risk management standards. The individual will work closely with AI engineers, HR technology specialists, and business stakeholders to optimize financial performance, automate complex processes, and improve decision-making across enterprise platforms. The role also includes ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and refinement of implemented solutions to maintain accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
