Hotel Reservations & Guest Relations Executive | Immediate Joining | Vrindavan

ZenithSuites, Vrindavan, is hiring a professional, responsible, and customer-oriented Reservations & Guest Relations Executive to manage incoming inquiries, guest communications, direct bookings, payment collection, and overall guest satisfaction.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Candidates must be polite, organized, confident in handling guests, and capable of independently managing reservations and inquiries across multiple communication channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Guest Communication & Inquiry Management
- Answer all incoming guest calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online communication platforms.
- Maintain polite, formal, and professional communication with all guests.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, amenities, and hotel policies.
- Follow up with prospective guests and convert inquiries into confirmed direct bookings.
2. Reservations & PMS Management
- Create and accurately record all direct bookings in the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain updated reservation details, including guest information, stay dates, payments, and special requests.
- Coordinate with reception and operations staff regarding upcoming arrivals, departures, and guest requirements.
3. Payment Collection & Management
- Collect and accurately record guest payments against their respective reservations.
- Maintain records of advance payments, outstanding balances, and completed transactions.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure all guest dues are cleared before checkout.
- Coordinate with reception staff to prevent missed or unrecorded payments.
4. Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure guests receive courteous, attentive, and professional service throughout their stay.
- Promptly address guest queries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and contribute to positive guest experiences and reviews.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Must currently reside in Vrindavan, Mathura, or nearby areas.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other digital communication platforms.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with hotel booking/PMS software.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reservations, front office, customer support, or telesales is preferred.
