The Opportunity
Are you a hands-on operations leader who enjoys building teams, opening new markets and turning ambitious plans into successful on-ground execution?
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and resourceful professional to independently lead a major year-long, pan-India field operations and outlet onboarding initiative, beginning with Mumbai.
The position offers an opportunity to build an efficient field operations network from the ground up and progressively expand operations across multiple Indian cities.
Your Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Plan, launch, manage and supervise ongoing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from mobilisation to completion.
Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, deploy and manage field executives, Feet-on-Street (FOS) teams, supervisors and city coordinators.
Outlet Onboarding & Market Development: Drive the acquisition, registration, onboarding and activation of retail and commercial establishments.
Vendor & Manpower Management: Leverage and expand an established network of field manpower agencies, activation vendors, local partners and execution resources.
Field Activations & Permissions: Independently manage field activations, venue coordination, local permissions, approvals and operational arrangements.
Performance & Delivery Excellence: Establish clear performance benchmarks, monitor daily productivity and ensure timely achievement of agreed business milestones.
Multi-City Expansion: Develop scalable operating processes and lead a phased rollout from Mumbai into other markets across India.
Reporting & Operational Efficiency: Implement structured MIS reporting, field verification, quality control, cost management and continuous process improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
We would like to meet professionals who bring:
✅ Strong experience in BTL activations, field operations, merchant acquisition, retail expansion or large-scale market outreach.
✅ Proven capability to independently recruit, organise, motivate and lead sizeable field teams.
✅ An established network of dependable vendors, manpower agencies and local execution partners.
✅ Experience in managing permissions, local coordination and on-ground promotional activities.
✅ A disciplined, solution-oriented approach with strong follow-through and execution capabilities.
✅ Excellent planning, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills.
✅ A willingness to travel, engage directly with field teams and personally lead critical operations.
✅ A demonstrated history of consistently delivering successful campaigns and measurable business outcomes.
Professionals from experiential marketing, BTL agencies, FMCG, telecom, fintech, retail distribution, merchant acquisition and field sales operations are encouraged to apply.
