Role Description The Python Trainer Requirement role at wezva technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design, develop, and deliver Python training programs for students and professionals, using real-world examples and hands-on exercises to build strong coding skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom sessions, guiding learners through practical projects, and evaluating performance through assessments and feedback. The role also involves updating course content to align with current industry standards, collaborating with the training team to improve curricula, and providing mentoring and support to learners. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment and use modern teaching aids and tools to enhance learner engagement.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts such as data types, functions, modules, and object-oriented programming.
Experience with Python libraries and frameworks commonly used in development or data-related work (e.g., standard library, basic data handling, scripting, or automation).
Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in technical subjects, preferably in a classroom or corporate setting.
Ability to design structured curricula, develop clear training materials, and create practical exercises and projects aligned with learning objectives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, accessible manner.
Comfort working with learners of varied backgrounds and skill levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with version control tools (such as Git) and basic software development practices is an advantage.
Prior experience in curriculum development, academic coordination, or corporate training will be considered a plus.
