Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Position Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy, organizational structure, financial management, and strategy execution. The role encompasses the development of financial systems, budget management, financial planning, treasury management, team building, profitability enhancement, and international financial operations.
The CFO ensures the efficient operation of all financial functions, continuously optimizes the allocation of financial resources and the efficiency of capital utilization, enhances financial transparency, cost control capabilities, and overall profitability, while strengthening the company's competitiveness in the global jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy and Business Management
Formulate and implement the company's medium- to long-term financial strategies and management plans;
Establish and continuously optimize the company-wide financial management system;
Translate corporate strategic goals into concrete financial plans and execution initiatives;
Optimize the financial organizational structure, departmental functions, and financial management models;
Ensure that all financial functions operate in a standardized, efficient, and productive manner.
2. Financial Planning and Resource Management
Formulate domestic and international financial planning strategies, identifying capital requirements and financial management opportunities;
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with banks, audit firms, tax advisors, and other financial partners;
Optimize capital allocation, financial resource utilization, and core financial management processes;
Analyze financial trends, operational data, cost structures, market environments, and potential financial risks;
Continuously improve financial management standards, capital utilization efficiency, and the profitability of various business units.
3. Financial Team and Internal Management
Establish and refine the financial team management system and talent development plans;
Lead the recruitment, management, training, and performance development of the financial team;
Build efficient financial management processes and internal financial support systems;
Optimize collaboration across accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and other financial functions;
Establish an effective financial performance evaluation and management system;
Lead the financial team in executing corporate financial strategies and key management initiatives. 4. Financial Performance and Budget Management
Establish financial goals, performance indicators, and financial performance management systems;
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and financial forecasts;
Analyze financial statements, operational data, cash flow, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Optimize cost structures, capital allocation, budget distribution, and the utilization of financial resources across business units;
Enhance capital turnover efficiency, cost control capabilities, financial stability, and profitability;
Drive continuous improvement in overall financial performance, cash flow management, and corporate profitability.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Support
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, procurement, supply chain, production, customer service, and other departments;
Establish efficient cross-functional financial collaboration processes;
Ensure financial objectives align with the company's overall business strategy;
Work with internal teams to continuously optimize budget arrangements, cost management, capital utilization, and operational decision-making based on business needs;
Drive the successful implementation of key financial projects, budget management plans, and major business initiatives;
Provide financial planning, capital management, and decision support for new market entry, product launches, and international business expansion.
6. Financial Risk and Compliance Management
Identify potential risks in financial operations, capital management, tax filing, and commercial transactions;
Establish mechanisms for financial risk monitoring, early warning, and emergency management;
Ensure corporate financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, accounting standards, and industry norms;
Strengthen financial reporting, tax management, contract review, and internal financial controls;
Standardize financial approval processes, accounting procedures, and capital management policies;
Ensure sustainable, stable, and compliant development of the company's financial operations. Qualifications
18–20 years of experience in financial management, financial planning, accounting management, or related fields;
Over 8 years of experience in senior management roles at the Director level or above;
Financial leadership and management experience within large enterprises or multinational corporations;
Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred;
Experience in international financial management, global treasury management, or cross-border financial operations is preferred;
Established network of relationships with banks, audit firms, tax advisors, and other financial partners;
Exceptional capabilities in financial strategic planning, budget management, capital allocation, team leadership, and execution;
Outstanding analytical skills, business acumen, financial risk management, and decision-making abilities;
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
