Job Description
Role Summary The Senior CRM Developer will support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The role involves technical development, customization, and configuration, along with mentoring junior developers. The position reports to the Technology Lead. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Perform CRM development, customization, and configuration. Translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Contribute to Agile and iterative delivery. Drive efficiencies and improvements. Coach and mentor junior team members. Work across multiple time zones. Demonstrate technical expertise through relevant delivery examples. Mandatory Skills and Experience 5–7+ years of CRM development experience. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. 5+ years of experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and RESTful services. Experience with Azure DevOps. Experience in API integration. Exposure to AI technologies. Preferred Skills and Experience Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Exposure to Azure, Power Platform, PCF Controls, JSON, TypeScript, Power BI, and SSIS. Experience working in distributed global teams. Screening Criteria Candidates will be evaluated based on the following criteria: Demonstrated technical depth through practical examples. Experience in Agile and iterative delivery. Cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Communication and stakeholder management skills. Mentoring and leadership capabilities. Ability to provide relevant examples of delivery experience. Rejection Criteria Candidates will not be considered if they meet any of the following criteria: No API integration experience. Experience limited to low-code/no-code CRM, without the required development expertise. Inability to demonstrate the required development expertise. No exposure to AI technologies. Inability to provide relevant delivery examples. Leadership Expectations Coach and mentor junior team members. Drive efficiencies and improvements. Work across multiple time zones. Translate requirements into technical solutions and delivery outcomes.
