We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to develop innovative architectural concepts and functional design solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, materials, and building systems, with the ability to transform project briefs into well-developed design proposals. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design concepts align with project objectives, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and space-planning solutions based on project requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
Evaluate building materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial configurations to achieve functional and visually appealing results.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Review design specifications, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and design feasibility.
Incorporate client feedback and coordinate design revisions to meet project expectations.
Ensure proposed designs consider building codes, safety requirements, sustainability principles, and relevant regulations.
Stay updated on architectural trends, innovative materials, design technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related design discipline.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, spatial planning, building materials, and construction methods.
Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into practical architectural solutions.
Strong visual communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple design tasks.
A portfolio showcasing architectural concepts, design projects, and visualization work is preferred.
