About Dymond Speech & Rehab
At Dymond Speech & Rehab, we’re growing because we believe more children and families deserve access to high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy.
As we continue expanding across North Carolina, we’re looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter who can help us attract talented clinicians and develop a more consistent, effective recruiting process.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on recruiting professional who can take ownership of our recruiting efforts, from identifying and reaching out to prospective candidates to managing our hiring pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both recruiting and building processes. We want someone who can work independently, identify opportunities, and take initiative rather than relying on constant direction.
You’ll work directly with leadership and play an important role in helping us grow our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and recruit speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), physical therapists (PTs), and therapy assistants.
Source and engage both active job seekers and passive candidates.
Manage job postings and develop effective recruiting strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Explore and test recruitment marketing opportunities, including Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with our leadership team.
Build and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clinicians.
Develop relationships with universities and other recruiting sources.
Track recruiting activity, candidate conversion, and hiring results.
Recommend improvements to our recruiting processes as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals.
Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, not just reviewing applications.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently manage recruiting efforts and follow through on results.
Familiarity with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and digital recruitment marketing.
Experience recruiting SLPs, OTs, PTs, or other outpatient therapy professionals strongly preferred.
Why This Opportunity?
We’re a growing organization looking for someone who wants to help build and improve our recruiting function.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work independently, collaborate directly with leadership, and help shape how we attract clinicians as we continue expanding.
This is initially a 90-day engagement with the potential for an ongoing relationship as our recruiting needs evolve.
How to Apply
Please submit your resume or professional profile along with a brief description of your healthcare recruiting experience.
We’d particularly like to hear about clinical positions you’ve successfully filled, how you sourced candidates, and any experience you have with recruitment marketing campaigns.
