AO Globe Life is seeking Remote Client Sales Representatives to help individuals and families explore life insurance and supplemental benefit options. This entry-level opportunity offers training, ongoing guidance, and the chance to develop valuable client communication and sales skills.
No previous insurance experience is required. We're looking for people who are ready to learn, communicate professionally, and work toward meaningful goals.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments.
Understand client needs and introduce relevant insurance and supplemental benefit options.
Explain coverage details and answer questions.
Assist clients with applications and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records and appointment details.
Attend training and coaching sessions.
Work toward established sales and service goals.
How appointments work: You'll work with provided leads and scheduled appointments involving individuals who have expressed interest in coverage. The role does not involve unsolicited cold calling.
