Amity Global Business School (AGBS), Noida is looking to appoint an accomplished and academically driven Assistant Professor – Operations Management to join its faculty team.
We are looking for a passionate academician with strong expertise in Operations Management, who can contribute to teaching, research, student mentoring, and industry-oriented academic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and application-oriented courses in Operations Management and related areas.
Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning activities.
Mentor students on academic, research, and career-related aspects.
Contribute to curriculum development, academic initiatives, and institutional activities.
Undertake quality research and publish papers in UGC/Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals and reputed conferences.
Guide student projects, dissertations, and research work.
Establish and strengthen industry-academia engagement in the area of Operations Management.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, FDPs, and other academic activities.
Eligibility & Desired Profile
Ph.D. in Operations Management is mandatory.
Master's degree in Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
Strong academic background with demonstrated expertise in Operations Management.
Prior teaching experience at a reputed university/business school will be preferred.
Candidates with quality research publications in reputed journals will have an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of contemporary Operations Management practices, tools, and industry applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and student mentoring skills.
Candidates with relevant industry exposure or consulting experience in operations/supply chain/process management will be preferred.
