About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage client accounts, develop digital marketing strategies, coordinate internal teams, and drive measurable results.
This is a hands-on role involving digital marketing execution, client handling, team coordination, campaign management and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
Manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
Handle client communication, calls, meetings, feedback and reporting.
Plan and oversee Social Media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation and other digital campaigns.
Coordinate with content, creative, performance marketing, SEO and website teams to ensure timely delivery.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to clients.
Ensure deliverables, timelines and quality standards are maintained.
Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients and suggest relevant strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and explore new growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Experience managing multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Lead Generation.
Previous experience in client handling and account management.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, organised and capable of taking ownership of accounts independently.
Someone who understands digital marketing beyond just social media posting or content creation.
