About The Role
We are seeking a talented Video/Motion Designer to join our creative team in Ohio, USA. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in bringing ideas to life through compelling motion graphics and video content. Your creative storytelling skills will help enhance our brand presence across digital, social, web, and internal communication channels. This role involves designing and animating engaging visual assets, developing scalable motion and video systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all outputs meet brand standards and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for visual storytelling, enabling us to produce high-quality content efficiently and consistently.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience developing reusable templates and motion systems is a plus
Responsibilities
Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications
Design and animate motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, web, presentations, and internal channels
Develop and maintain scalable motion and video templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and quality benchmarks
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and project managers to achieve project goals
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prepare assets in various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently without compromising quality or timelines
Maintain organized files and follow established workflows and processes
Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in motion design and video production
