Role Description The Software Developer & Automation Expert will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that streamline clinical and administrative workflows for Kaizen Dental Family. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and integrating back-end systems, automating routine processes, managing data flows, and improving the reliability and efficiency of existing tools. The role involves collaborating with dental and administrative teams to understand operational needs, translating them into technical requirements, and implementing secure, scalable solutions. The expert will also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and document code and processes for ongoing optimization. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for building scalable solutions.
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integrations.
Background in process automation (e.g., scripts, workflow tools, RPA) to optimize operations.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and document technical work clearly.
Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication and self-management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
