As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecture, AI systems, data pipeline, infrastructure, security, and releases.
Requirements:
Must have shipped AI features to production and be comfortable owning architecture and core product reliability from day one.
Must understand how to route tasks across different model tiers, using large models for generation and smaller models for classification and structured reasoning.
You know when to use an LLM and when to write deterministic code.
Hands-on experience with document processing across spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, and PDFs.
Must have knowledge about integrations with the systems where customers already keep their documents.
You’ve built multi-tenant SaaS from scratch — auth, ingestion pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and SOC 2 Type II readiness.
You want to run engineering, not just contribute to it.
