Role Description The Chief Strategic Projects Officer is a full-time remote role responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support Origin Geeks’ growth and strategic direction. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across software development, digital marketing, and design, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. Daily responsibilities include defining project and program objectives, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating with department leaders, and managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Chief Strategic Projects Officer will analyze performance data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership. This position also involves building scalable frameworks for project governance, mentoring project teams, and driving continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.
