We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President (EVP) to provide senior-level leadership, oversee key business functions, and drive the company’s strategic growth and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute corporate strategy.
Oversee multiple business functions and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
Lead strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and major business projects.
Drive operational excellence, business growth, and long-term organizational performance.
Establish performance objectives, KPIs, and accountability across senior leadership teams.
Evaluate business opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities to support executive decision-making.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing senior management teams.
Strengthen organizational structure, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Represent the company with key clients, partners, investors, and other senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
20+ years of professional experience, with 15+ years in senior management or executive leadership.
Proven experience leading complex organizations, business units, or multiple functions.
Strong track record in strategic planning, business growth, and organizational leadership.
Exceptional decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with CEOs, boards, senior executives, investors, and key stakeholders.
