We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Sevasi, Vadodara
Experience: 2–3 Years
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build partnerships, and lead field marketing activities for our digital product.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new business partners, affiliates, schools, and institutional partners.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and business presentations.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
Manage and guide a team of marketing interns.
Identify new business opportunities and drive conversions.
Coordinate with the management team and maintain regular sales reports.
Develop strategies to improve partner activation and revenue generation.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or partner acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
Ability to manage a team, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler preferred.
