Your Mission
- Create high-quality 3D models for game characters, props, environments, and other assets.
- Transform concept art, references, and ideas into detailed 3D models.
- Work on modeling, texturing, UV mapping, and material creation.
- Maintain clean topology and organized asset files.
- Create realistic or stylized assets based on project requirements.
- Optimize models, textures, and materials for real-time performance.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to meet project specifications.
- Import and test assets in Unity or Unreal Engine when required.
- Refine models and incorporate feedback from the team.
- Maintain consistency with the project's art style and visual direction.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has hands-on experience with Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Understands 3D modeling, topology, UV mapping, and texturing fundamentals.
- Has a basic understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering.
- Can interpret references and maintain accurate proportions and details.
- Understands the difference between high-poly and low-poly modeling.
- Has an interest in creating game-ready 3D assets.
- Is creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Can manage tasks independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- Is passionate about 3D art, games, and visual storytelling.

It'll Be Awesome If You Also Have
- Experience with Substance Painter or Substance Designer.
- Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine 5.
- Knowledge of PBR texturing workflows.

- Understanding of polygon budgets, LODs, and real-time optimization.
