Role Description The Celebrity Sourcing role at Loft PR is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and securing suitable celebrities and influencers for brand campaigns, events, and collaborations. The person in this position will manage outreach, negotiations, and relationship-building with talent agencies, managers, and publicists. Daily tasks include maintaining a talent database, tracking celebrity engagements, coordinating logistics for appearances, and aligning all collaborations with client brand strategies. The role also requires close coordination with the PR, social media, and account management teams to ensure cohesive communication and timely execution of projects.
Qualifications
Experience in celebrity sourcing, talent management, or influencer relations, preferably within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, managers, and publicists.
Solid understanding of brand positioning, PR, and media landscapes in India, particularly Mumbai.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a PR agency or brand communications role is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
