Tasks and Responsibilities
Write your own business-unit plan and set your KPIs - with leadership support
Commit daily to investing in personal growth coursework
Interviewing skills and leadership training participation
Placements on channels such as Google, LinkedIn and others (AI-optimisation training provided)
Guide and mentor successful candidates ongoing
