Field Service Engineer – Draw Frame Machines

Nachi Tekneka is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in textile spinning Draw Frame machines.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of Draw Frame machines.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
* Installation and commissioning of autoleveller and servo conversion systems.
* Identify and resolve machine performance and sliver quality-related issues.
* Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
* Perform machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and technical audits.
* Coordinate with our technical team for troubleshooting and customer support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Draw Frame machines in the textile spinning industry.
* Strong knowledge of Rieter Draw Frame machines, particularly RSB models, is preferred.
* Good understanding of drafting systems, autolevellers, sensors, servo drives, and machine controls.
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems independently.
* Knowledge of sliver quality parameters and machine performance optimization.
* Diploma or Degree in Textile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.
* Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
