Field Service Engineer – Comber & Lap Former Machines

Nachi Tekneka is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Comber and Lap Former machines used in the textile spinning industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of Comber and Lap Former machines.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and operational issues.
* Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and modernization projects.
* Identify and resolve machine performance, lap preparation, and combing quality-related issues.
* Perform machine inspections, preventive maintenance, and technical audits.
* Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
* Coordinate with our technical team for troubleshooting and customer support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Comber and Lap Former machines in the textile spinning industry.
* Strong knowledge of Comber and Lap Former machines, particularly E-series models, is preferred.
* Good understanding of combing mechanisms, lap preparation, drafting systems, sensors, drives, and machine controls.
* Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
* Knowledge of combing quality parameters, noil optimization, and machine performance.
* Diploma or Degree in Textile, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.
* Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
