Role Description The Senior Customer Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing customer-focused marketing programs that drive engagement, retention, and expansion. This role oversees customer segmentation, messaging, and campaigns across multiple channels, aligning initiatives with sales and account management teams to support revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include building customer marketing plans, analyzing customer insights and performance data, managing advocacy and reference programs, and creating content and offers tailored to customer needs. The Senior Customer Marketing Manager also collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, improve customer journeys, and measure the impact of customer marketing activities.
Qualifications
Strong customer marketing expertise, including experience in Customer Marketing and leveraging Customer Insight to shape campaigns and programs.
Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Strategy, with the ability to develop data-driven plans that align with business goals.
Collaborative experience working with Sales teams to support pipeline growth, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives.
Proven ability to analyze customer data, segment audiences, and translate insights into targeted, measurable marketing activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.
Experience managing customer advocacy, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing programs, preferably in a B2B services or consulting environment.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Comfort working in a global, distributed team environment and using digital collaboration and marketing tools.
