About the Role
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to support our calling, outreach, and lead-engagement activities.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with prospective leads, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and conducting timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and contacts.
Communicate information about the organization's products, services, programs, and initiatives.
Understand customer or prospect requirements and queries.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects and leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Identify potential and interested leads and coordinate with the concerned team.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with prospects.
Ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for lead progression.
Provide regular updates on calling activities and lead status.

Compensation
₹12,000 per month during the probation period.
Further compensation and employment terms will be finalized based on performance and organizational requirements.
