About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru
At Prodancy, we design, engineer, and manufacture medical devices that solve real clinical problems.
We are looking for a smart, curious, and highly motivated engineering graduate who wants to understand how medical devices are developed — from identifying clinical needs to defining engineering requirements, designing, testing, validating, and bringing products to market.
What will you work on?
Understanding clinical user needs and translating them into engineering requirements
Supporting medical device design and development documentation (DHF)
Building requirements traceability and supporting design reviews
Participating in risk management, verification, and validation activities
Learning and applying ISO 13485 and medical device design controls
Working closely with our design, engineering, and regulatory teams on real medical devices
Who are we looking for?
Biomedical, mechatronics, mechanical, electronics, or related engineering graduates
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to learn quickly, ask intelligent questions, and think systematically
Good technical writing and documentation skills
Genuine interest in medical device development
Prior QARA or regulatory experience is NOT mandatory.
We value intelligence, curiosity, structured thinking, and the willingness to learn more than prior experience with quality systems.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the medical device development lifecycle, with mentorship from an experienced design and engineering team.
