Active Little Minds is a child-focused multidisciplinary centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental, physical, sensory, and functional needs. We provide individualized, evidence-based interventions in a warm, child-friendly environment while working closely with families and other professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and identify individual therapy goals based on each child’s needs.
Plan and deliver individualized Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy sessions.
Work on gross motor, fine motor, sensory, coordination, balance, strength, functional and daily living skills as applicable.
Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and therapy documentation.
Track and communicate children’s progress with parents and the multidisciplinary team.
Collaborate with Special Educators, Speech Therapists, and other professionals for holistic intervention.
Provide caregivers with appropriate home-based activities and guidance.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Relevant experience in pediatric therapy is preferred.
Freshers with strong interest in pediatric rehabilitation may also be considered.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
