Role Description The Lead React Native Developer will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the technical implementation of new features, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and coordinating with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver cohesive solutions. The role also involves optimizing application performance, implementing best practices in front-end and mobile development, contributing to architectural decisions, and maintaining high code quality through testing and documentation. The Lead React Native Developer will be expected to stay current with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including experience with React Native, JavaScript, and modern UI/UX implementation.
Solid software development foundation with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications.
10+ years of Experience with state management and related tools, such as Redux.js or similar frameworks, and familiarity with application architecture patterns.
Understanding of back-end web development concepts, APIs, and integration with RESTful or GraphQL services.
Proficiency in mobile performance optimization, debugging, testing (unit and integration), and code review practices.
Ability to lead and mentor a development team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage technical delivery.
10+ years of Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of Experience in leading mobile projects in a product or consulting environment is preferred.
