Role Description The Lead React Native Developer will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications, providing technical leadership to a cross-functional team. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements into scalable React Native solutions, reviewing code, implementing best practices, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, as well as mentoring developers and participating in architectural decision-making. This is a contract position based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, with experience integrating APIs and working with server-side technologies.
Candidates should possess deep expertise in JavaScript and Redux.js for state management and application structure.
Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging across Android and iOS platforms.
Candidates should possess the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
10+ years of Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies is + years beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
