Treasury Manager

Role Description The Treasury Manager is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing the company’s cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships to support ongoing solar projects and operations. This role includes monitoring daily cash flows, forecasting short- and long-term funding needs, and optimizing the use of credit facilities and investment accounts. The Treasury Manager will prepare treasury reports, support financial risk management, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The role also involves collaborating with finance, accounting, and project teams to align treasury strategies with business objectives, improve working capital, and support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong treasury and cash management skills, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank account administration.
Candidates should possess financial analysis and reporting skills, such as budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of treasury and management reports.
Candidates should possess risk management and compliance skills, including understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and policies related to treasury operations.
Candidates should possess proficiency with financial systems and tools, including spreadsheet software, ERP or accounting platforms, and online banking portals.
Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and partner with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in corporate treasury, finance, or accounting; experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities on a part-time schedule, and maintain high ethical standards and attention to detail.
