Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large and growing iGaming organization. This role is accountable for initiative-level ownership, ensuring projects move from concept to delivery with clarity, alignment, and controlled execution.
The Senior Project Manager operates across established teams, platforms, and external partners, bringing structure and decisiveness to initiatives with high business impact and regulatory complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiative Ownership & Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational initiatives, from initiation through release.
Translate business objectives into clear scope, milestones, and delivery plans.
Act as the single point of accountability for assigned initiatives across all involved teams.
Drive decision-making by surfacing options, trade-offs, and delivery impacts.
Governance, Risk & Control
Establish and run project-level governance, including status reporting and escalations.
Monitor project resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize project deliverables.
Facilitate project-related meetings/events and proactively escalate issues to address roadblocks or mitigate risks.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Maintain transparent visibility into timeline health, scope changes, and dependencies.
Ensure initiative-level decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA/QC, Compliance, Operations, and third-party vendors.
Proactively manage cross-team and external dependencies.
Support release planning and readiness in regulated environments.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and consistent updates per agreed standards.
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and credibly.
Challenge assumptions constructively when delivery commitments are at risk.
Lead and support the project teams to achieve maximum performance by providing clear direction, guidance, and motivation.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience delivering complex technology or platform projects within product and outsourcing environments.
Proven experience operating in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
Solid experience in project estimation, planning, and closure/transition.
Strong experience in RAID and stakeholder management.
Experience working with vendors and third-party integrations.
Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Comfortable operating with senior leadership while remaining hands-on.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (at least B2 level).
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and leadership abilities.
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong presentation skills.
Preferred but not mandatory:
Professional Certifications (in priority order): PMP, PMI-ACP, CAMP, or others.
