Role Description The Educational Counselor/ Academic Counselor role at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The counselor will meet with students regularly to understand their academic goals, personal interests, and challenges, and provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and skill development. Daily responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, offering career guidance, coordinating with faculty and parents, and maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions. The role also involves organizing workshops or seminars, staying updated on educational programs and admission processes, and contributing to student support initiatives within the institution.
Qualifications
Educational Consulting and Education skills to guide learners on academic pathways and institutional options.
Student Counseling skills to support learners’ academic, personal, and social development.
Career Counseling skills to advise students on career choices, professional courses, and future opportunities.
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, educators, and institutional stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Prior experience in academic advising, school counseling, or educational consulting is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate documentation.
Comfort working on-site in Noida with a collaborative, student-centered approach.
