Role Description The Research & Business Development Intern will support the growth of Aegle Sriphal by conducting market and product research, analyzing sustainability trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and evaluating data on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments, as well as preparing concise reports and presentations for leadership. The intern will assist in developing business development strategies, contribute to outreach initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product positioning in line with the company’s sustainability mission. This is a remote internship role that offers exposure to sustainable e-commerce, with opportunities to learn directly from business and sustainability professionals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills for gathering and interpreting data.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating trends, drawing insights, and supporting business decisions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills for preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Interest in sustainability, eco-friendly products, and e-commerce business models.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
