Role Description The Senior Manager – Amazon Ads (Amazon India PPC & Performance Marketing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for leading Amazon Ads strategy for India, including planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. The individual will manage performance marketing budgets, monitor key metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, and drive continuous improvements in campaign efficiency and sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, bid and budget management, campaign structuring, A/B testing of creatives and listings, and close coordination with marketplace, catalog, and brand teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. The role also involves reporting and analytics, competitor analysis, and staying updated on Amazon Ads tools, policies, and best practices to capitalize on new features and opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Amazon Ads and marketplace performance marketing, including strategy development, PPC campaign management, bid optimization, and budget handling.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Amazon Seller/Vendor dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in e-commerce, preferably in FMCG, wellness, or healthcare categories, with a solid understanding of Amazon search, merchandising, catalog management, and pricing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, catalog, design) and manage stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights, campaign plans, and performance updates clearly to leadership.
Proven track record in performance marketing or marketplace advertising in a managerial capacity; prior experience handling significant ad spends on Amazon is highly beneficial.
