Role Description The TA Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The TA Executive will support teaching and training activities, assist instructional staff in delivering educational content, and help organize learning sessions for participants. Daily responsibilities include supporting classroom or training operations, providing guidance to learners, assisting with educational materials, and helping maintain a structured and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to improve learning outcomes, communicating effectively with participants, and ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and Education to effectively support instructional activities and learning programs.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with learners, instructors, and team members.
Candidates should possess skills in Mathematics to assist with numeracy-related content and support learners with basic to intermediate math concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in Working With Children, including patience, empathy, and the ability to create an engaging and safe learning environment.
Relevant experience in educational support, training assistance, or classroom administration is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures are advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and adapt to a fast-paced, structured environment.
