Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Medical Representative to drive B2B sales for U Roots' hair-care and wellness products. The role involves visiting doctors, chemists, pharmacies, and relevant retail partners to promote products, develop business relationships, acquire new customers, and expand sales across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, chemists, pharmacies, and potential B2B customers to promote and sell U Roots products.
Introduce products such as hair oils, shampoos, serums, multivitamins, and other hair-care and wellness products to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with doctors, chemists, retailers, and other relevant channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert sales opportunities into business.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and support long-term business growth.
Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, product availability, and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler (bike or scooter).
Must have a valid Driving Licence (DL).
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, pharmaceutical sales, FMCG, or healthcare product sales is preferred.
Knowledge of the local market and existing contacts with doctors or chemists will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have healthy, well-groomed, and properly maintained hair.
