Role Description The Printing Specialist Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chorasi. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring printing equipment to ensure high-quality print output according to job specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing test runs, and resolving minor technical issues to minimize downtime. The operator will coordinate with production and bindery teams, verify color accuracy and registration, and maintain detailed records of jobs completed. Routine maintenance, cleaning of machinery, and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Printing and Print Production for operating and optimizing printing workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Inkjet for troubleshooting equipment and managing inkjet printing systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Bindery for handling post-press processes such as cutting, folding, and finishing.
Experience in a print shop, packaging, or manufacturing environment, with familiarity in quality control and safety procedures.
Ability to read and follow job tickets, technical instructions, and production schedules with strong attention to detail.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as required, and work around industrial machinery safely.
Strong problem-solving skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and willingness to work collaboratively with a production team.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or related fields is an advantage.
