Role Description The Manager role at LANDSKY CONSULTANCY LIMITED is a full-time position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee client engagements, coordinate project planning and execution, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project teams, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, contributing to business development activities, and supporting the implementation of best practices across the organization. The Manager is expected to foster a collaborative culture, guide team members, and uphold high standards of professionalism and service quality.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in project and team management, including planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms).
Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing responsibilities both on-site in Lucknow and remotely.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
