Role Description The Manager role at LANDSKY CONSULTANCY LIMITED is a full-time position based in Lucknow, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Manager will oversee client engagements, coordinate project delivery, and ensure that consulting assignments are completed on time and within scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, leading internal and client meetings, reviewing project documentation, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations. The Manager will guide and mentor team members, monitor quality standards, and contribute to business development activities such as proposals and presentations. This role also involves tracking key performance indicators, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with leadership to support the firm’s growth and service excellence.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience coordinating cross-functional work and mentoring staff.
Solid project management skills, with a track record of planning, organizing, and delivering consulting or professional services projects on time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships and present ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including comfort with data analysis, business process review, and developing practical recommendations.
Business acumen and strategic thinking, with familiarity in areas such as operations, finance, or organizational development.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or similar), and the ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or a managerial role in a corporate environment is highly beneficial.
