Role Description The Sap Sales Distribution Consultant - Training role is a part-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality SAP SD training to learners. The consultant will design and conduct online training sessions, develop course materials and practical exercises, and explain core SAP Sales & Distribution processes, configuration, and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include preparing structured lesson plans, demonstrating end-to-end SD business scenarios in SAP, guiding learners through hands-on activities, and answering questions in live sessions or via online forums. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the academy team to continuously improve training content and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization in Sales and Distribution environments.
Hands-on expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and practical experience with sales cycles, pricing, billing, and order-to-cash processes.
Consulting and Sales experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP SD solutions and explain concepts clearly to learners.
Advanced Analytical Skills to diagnose process issues, interpret data, and demonstrate problem-solving approaches within SAP SD scenarios.
Prior experience delivering training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer in SAP or related enterprise applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a clear, structured manner.
Comfort with remote work, virtual collaboration tools, and conducting live online training sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; SAP SD certification or equivalent experience is highly beneficial.
Exposure to broader SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO) and digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
