Our AI/LLM-powered engine identifies high-potential candidates, predicts fit, and automates outreach while recruiters focus on building human connections and closing strategic hires. We serve global tech, fintech, and AI startups—and we need elite recruiters who know how to hunt at Tier 1 campuses.
Role & Responsibilities
Source, engage, and close top corporate candidates from Tier 1 Indian institutions (IITs, NITs, IIMs, BITS, etc.) for high-impact tech & business roles.
Design and execute targeted campus hiring campaigns powered by AI-driven candidate profiling and outreach tools.
Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into compelling narratives and value propositions for elite candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with campus placement cells, student clubs, and faculty to ensure consistent pipeline access.
Track, analyze, and optimize hiring metrics (conversion rate, time-to-hire, offer acceptance) using our internal analytics dashboard.
Represent Careerbloc as a brand ambassador at career fairs, tech summits, and campus events across India.
