Job Title: Operation POC
Location: Sector 62, Noida

We’re looking for a Operation Executive who can independently manage day-to-day inventory, order movement, logistics coordination, and stock-related operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor daily inventory levels across all platforms (Website, Unicommerce).
• Coordinate with vendors for production, restocking, and inbound shipments.
• Track product availability, low-stock alerts, and stock transfers.
• Track daily orders, dispatches, returns, and exchanges.
• Follow up with courier partners for delayed shipments, lost orders, and RTO issues.
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheet reports for stock movement and order status.
• Identify inventory gaps, delays, or packaging issues and escalate when required.
• Ensure correct SKU mapping across platforms and avoid order mismatches.
• Communicate daily updates to the internal team.
Who We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of experience in Inventory, Operations, or Logistics Management.
• Strong knowledge of Unicommerce.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
• Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
