We're looking for a Full Stack TypeScript Developer to help accelerate development of our mobile application.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong React Native and backend development skills, a solid understanding of APIs, and familiarity with blockchain technology.
While your primary focus will be building our mobile app, you'll also need to understand our existing backend infrastructure, work with APIs, and integrate financial services into the application.
What You'll Work On
Mobile Development: Build and improve our cross-platform mobile application using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript.
Backend Integration: Work with our existing TypeScript/Node.js backend and integrate APIs into the mobile application.
Financial Features: Implement features involving payments, wallets, virtual accounts, transactions and cross-border transfers.
Blockchain Integration: Work with stablecoins, blockchain networks, wallet infrastructure, and Web3 SDKs.
Authentication & Security: Implement secure authentication, wallet interactions, and financial transaction flows.
API Development: Contribute to backend services, troubleshoot integrations, and improve existing APIs where needed.
Product Delivery: Collaborate with our small team to build, test, and ship features quickly.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional experience in full stack or software development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Hands-on experience building mobile applications with React Native, preferably using Expo.
Strong backend development skills, including building and consuming REST APIs.
Experience working with backend frameworks such as Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including wallets, transactions, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
Familiarity with ethers.js, viem, or similar Web3 libraries.
Knowledge of authentication, API security, and secure handling of sensitive financial data.
Ability to understand an existing codebase, work independently, and deliver features with minimal supervision.
We're especially interested in developers who are comfortable working across both mobile and backend systems, rather than focusing exclusively on frontend development.
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous experience building fintech, payments, or Web3 applications.
Experience integrating payment APIs, banking services, or financial infrastructure.
Familiarity with embedded wallets, transaction signing, or account abstraction.
Experience with Supabase or similar authentication and database platforms.
Understanding of financial concepts such as payment processing, settlement, KYC, and cross-border transfers.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Previous experience working in an early-stage startup.
