Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance our e-commerce website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify development, theme customisation, app integrations, and website performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify websites and themes.
Manage product listings, collections, landing pages, banners, and other website content.
Customise Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Integrate and manage Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website functionality.
Optimise website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
Support integrations with payment gateways, shipping partners, and other e-commerce tools.
Implement website updates, promotional campaigns, and new features as required.
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other teams to implement website requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of overall professional experience.
1–2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify.
Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Shopify theme customisation and app integrations.
Understanding of e-commerce website operations and product management.
Familiarity with responsive design, website performance optimisation, and SEO basics.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver updates within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Shopify Plus or Shopify APIs.
Familiarity with payment gateway and shipping integrations.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and website analytics.
Experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand.
Ideal Candidate
A proactive and hands-on professional who can independently manage day-to-day Shopify website requirements, resolve technical issues, and contribute to improving the overall online shopping experience.
