Udan Foundation is a social impact organisation working to improve education through technology and innovative learning solutions.
Our initiative, ShikshaGali, is a free digital learning platform designed to make learning engaging and accessible for children, especially students from government and rural schools.
With 2,000+ students and 5 lakh+ MCQs solved, we aim to expand our reach through meaningful partnerships with companies, CSR organisations and foundations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and research-oriented CSR Research Intern to identify potential Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding opportunities and corporate partnerships for our education initiatives.
The intern will research companies, analyse their CSR priorities, identify relevant decision-makers and build a database of potential funding partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Research companies that support education, digital learning and child development through CSR initiatives.
* Identify potential CSR funding opportunities, corporate foundations and philanthropic organisations.
* Analyse company CSR policies, annual reports and previous CSR projects.
* Identify relevant CSR Heads, decision-makers and partnership contacts.
* Build and maintain an organised database of potential CSR partners using Google Sheets or Excel.
* Evaluate potential partners based on their funding priorities and alignment with ShikshaGali.
* Track funding opportunities, application requirements and submission deadlines.
* Assist in preparing research reports, partnership briefs and CSR proposals.
* Coordinate with the team to support corporate partnership development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, MSW or related fields.
* Strong internet research and analytical skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Good written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to organise information systematically.
* Interest in education, social impact, CSR and nonprofit development.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior CSR experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong research skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
