Role Description The Managing Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations. This role involves leading senior managers, monitoring business performance, and ensuring that financial, operational, and customer objectives are met. The Managing Director will develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service quality and compliance. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder management, decision-making on key initiatives, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of processes and policies. The role also requires representing the organization in external meetings, developing partnerships, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in executive or senior leadership roles, ideally as Managing Director, CEO, or similar position.
Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports for decision-making.
Excellent people leadership skills, including team building, performance management, and talent development.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to design and improve organizational structures, processes, and governance frameworks.
Experience in operations management, risk management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, make informed decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.
