Role Description The Vice President of Global Corporate Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing Auravon AI’s long‑term strategic direction across markets and product lines. This role leads global corporate strategy initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, portfolio strategy, and evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships. The VP will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, finance, and sales teams to align strategic priorities, set measurable objectives, and ensure effective resource allocation. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing strategic plans, overseeing corporate development projects, guiding AI and digital transformation strategy, preparing board‑level presentations, and monitoring performance against strategic goals. The position also involves building and mentoring a high‑performing strategy team and representing Auravon AI in key external strategic discussions.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, market trends, and financial metrics into clear strategic recommendations.
Experience in corporate development, including partnerships, M&A assessment, and evaluation of new growth initiatives.
Background in consulting or advisory roles, preferably in technology, AI, or digital transformation environments.
Proficiency in finance and strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and building long‑term business cases.
Proven leadership experience in a senior strategy role, ideally within a global technology or AI‑driven organization.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, cross‑functional, and multicultural environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with board‑level reporting.
Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, SaaS business models, and digital product development is a significant advantage.
