Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of web applications that power OperForce AI’s Enterprise AI Platform™ and apps. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI capabilities, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to refine requirements, review code, and ship high-quality features on a regular basis. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, requiring active participation in team meetings, architecture discussions, and hands-on problem-solving.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills.
Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including API design and integration.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess familiarity with modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and build/deployment pipelines.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and experience with unit and integration testing.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with AI/ML integration, cloud platforms, or microservices architecture is beneficial.
